For this recipe, Strawberry Rhubarb puree was used for this margarita and blended mint leaves/water/simple syrup for the herb foam. Be sure to use your iSi funnel & sieve to strain into your iSi whipper and add egg whites (or aquafaba) last. Try using 1 charger to start and shake before each application. Then just sit back, relax and enjoy!
